Cancelation Policy

We are fully committed to providing the most enjoyable, personalized experience for each one of our clients, but that takes significant preparation time in addition to travel time. Therefore, SeaRenity IV Hydration has adopted a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled services- 100% refund Cancellation within 6 hours of scheduled services- $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the pre-paid service Cancellation within 3 hours of scheduled service- $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from the pre-paid service No shows or client doesn't answer door for mobile appointment- no refund Rescheduling- If you cancel a service, but reschedule it within 7 days of the original scheduled service the cancellation fee will be waived (not applicable if service is cancelled within 3 hours of the original scheduled service)
